How to refer
- 1
HealthLink
Send your usual referral letter and relevant documents from your practice software to HealthLink EDI: lumapsyc. This is the preferred way to send clinical documents.
- 2
Email
Email the referral to lumapsychology@hotmail.com using your practice’s usual privacy procedures.
- 3
Give the referral to your patient
Your patient can contact Luma to request an appointment and bring the referral letter to their first session. Please ask them to mention that they have a referral when they enquire.
No Luma-specific referral form is required. Once I receive a referral or enquiry, I’ll contact the patient about the next steps and available appointment times. If I need a little more information before our first session, I may get in touch first.
